Risk and Compliance

Information Technology Governance, and Risk and Compliance services in today’s regulatory environment are a labyrinth for any company to sort out and stay on top of and in compliance with. We provide IT Risk Assessment Due Diligence Services to prepare your organization for both Federal and State examiners and other regulatory agencies in which our client is effected. Our services, as an independent third party, provide the assurance and accountability to management, your shareholders, Board of Directors and any outside Federal, State or regulatory agencies.

Human Resources, Placement and Staffing

Our advisors collaborate extensively with our clients to develop a personalized, flexible solution for placement and staffing. BTS can provide resources to staff individual projects or recruit appropriate staff to support an organizational redesign. We work with our clients to develop their staff competencies, recruit resources, and help them align their placement and staffing needs with corporate goals and objectives.

Training and Development

Our focus is on helping our clients adopt and successfully deploy technology solutions. We achieve this through instructor-led education, project mentoring and coaching.  Our instructor-led education is rooted in experiential education which is "learning by doing."  This means students are presented with a concept, shown an example, and then challenged with a realistic workshop. Project mentoring and coaching is the process of working with the client's project teams at various levels and helping them make and understand their decisions.
